At Rambois, we believe that every butcher block is much more than a simple work tool. It is the fruit of artisanal know-how, a rigorous selection of wood species, and a deep passion for the craft.

Our workshop has been established in Marseille for several decades. We handcraft each solid wood butcher block from end-grain, an ancestral technique that offers exceptional resistance to knife cuts and incomparable durability.

Carefully selected wood

We exclusively select noble woods—oak, beech, acacia—from sustainably managed forests. Each piece is dried, assembled, and finished by hand in our Marseille workshop, guaranteeing impeccable quality for each butcher block.

Made in France, for professionals

Our butcher blocks are designed for butcher shops, restaurants, and hotels that demand the best. Each order can be customized according to your needs: dimensions, wood species, finishes, engraving of your logo.
